New Class Shakes Up Meta in Tenchi Heroes

According to the Melbet Affiliates rankings, the developers of Tenchi Heroes have yet to release the skills or talents of the long-awaited furry fox character. Instead, they unexpectedly introduced a brand-new class: the Duelist. As the saying goes, “Great oaks from little acorns grow” — becoming powerful starts with mastering the basics. While the current five classes in the game are already well-established and supported by a stable supply of materials, the addition of a new class seems clearly aimed at reigniting player enthusiasm for character development.

The launch of this new class may bring a seismic shift to both PvP and PvE battles. Sometimes, you have to shake things up to move forward — and that’s likely how the developers see it. The Duelist class introduces three key mechanics. First, it boasts a four-tile movement range, placing it between short-range classes and agile types. With a mobility boost from gear, it can rival wind-based classes. Second, Melbet Affiliates players have noticed it comes with a shield mechanism that can absorb significant damage — a feature bound to increase survivability on the battlefield. It’s a reminder to stay passionate about the path you’ve chosen, regardless of the challenge.

If the shield activation is fully automatic, that could make this class even more appealing. Finally, the Duelist can mark an enemy, forcing them to attack a specific target — a mechanic similar to taunt. In the current meta, the most dominant class without question is the Light class, and most players would agree without skipping a beat. The developers recently doubled down by introducing Nine-Colored Deer and Feitian — both half-Light characters — and are planning to add the furry fox (also Light-aligned) alongside the Duelist. Their strategy couldn’t be more obvious.

Originally, it was expected that the arrival of more Dark-type characters would begin to balance the meta and slow down the Light class dominance. However, despite a few Dark characters being introduced, none have made a meaningful impact. The core concern is that the developers appear to show little interest in supporting the Dark class — updates for it have been lackluster and lack real substance. In fact, the favoritism toward Light-class characters is becoming hard to ignore.

A growing theory among Melbet Affiliates players is that the devs are intentionally inflating the power and popularity of Light characters now, so that when a strong Dark counter (like You Bingli) is released later, it will trigger a surge in demand. Since PvP is where elemental counters truly matter — and since high-spending Melbet Affiliates users mostly focus on PvP — the devs may be planning a well-timed payoff when the “crop is ripe.”

All in all, don’t worry too much about how others see your journey — what matters is how you envision your future. In a gaming world flooded with private servers, maintaining a balanced and evolving official version of Tenchi Heroes has become a heavy burden. Yet, against all odds, the game continues to push forward.
